Data we process. The data you send us when you write, call or use the contact form or WhatsApp: name, company, position, contact details and a description of your inquiry.
Purpose. To respond to your request, schedule a meeting and, if you ask, prepare a services proposal.
Legal basis. Your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.
Retention and recipients. We keep the data for as long as needed for that purpose and to meet legal obligations. We do not share it with third parties, except where required by law or with technology providers that process it on our behalf.
Your rights. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification and updating, erasure, objection, portability and suspension of processing by writing to info@triariuslaw.com. You may also file a complaint with Ecuador’s Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.
